POSITION TITLE:
General Manager
POSITION DUTIES:
Plan direct and coordinate management operations of hotel. Formulate policies, manage daily operations. Manage hotel staff including hiring, firing and coordinating training. Review financial statements and sales reports to establish a budget in order to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
Basic 40 hrs/wk, 9 am to 6 pm, M-F. Salary: 44,158.00/year
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
